1984-1987 - Started baking in High School: in vocational tech food preparation class.

Had first bakery job in 1987

1987-1989 Off to Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastry Arts.

Worked in several bakeries and studied under a world famous pastry chef from Austria Germany for 1 year in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

Started cakes by Kim in 1996 in our home and have since moved to a larger bakery facility.
