How are
your cheesecakes packaged for shipping?
Our cheesecake are frozen, then wrapped with a heavy
plastic. Then they go into a specially formed foam
container that surrounds the cheesecake in 2 inches of
insulation. There is also an ice pack included to
ensure the product stays cool during transit. This
insert then goes into a heavy corrugated container. We
ship all of our products FedEx. The cheesecake
will thaw during shipment. It should be removed from
the shipping carton and placed in refrigeration
immediately to firm up prior to eating
The packaging ensures that every item will arrive in
perfect condition.
When can I
expect my cheesecake shipment and delivery?
When you check "REGULAR SHIPPING" , or "EXPRESS
SHIPPING", this means that "WHEN" your order is
shipped, it will arrive within 2 days or overnight.
We will email you with your Tracking number on the day
of shipment. Because you place your order on Monday
and request "Overnight shipping" do not assume your
order will be received on Tuesday. Keep in mind that
we actually bake, (from scratch), freeze, package and
ship your order here in our store. We have to bake
that cake (a 24 hour process), Freeze the cake (at
least 12 hours), then package and ship the cake by
Wednesday so it is received by Friday. We can give you
personal service and keep very close tabs on the
quality of our product. Also, you can request a
specific date of receipt. If we cannot get it to by
that time, we will let you know and try to work
something out with you.

Can I
have my order delivered on Monday, Saturday or Sunday?
We SHIP on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to insure
delivery before the weekend so your order is safe and
not sitting in the warehouse, thawing, for 2 days. We
offer Special
Saturday delivery is
available at an additional cost.
At what
time will my order be delivered?
FedEx has different delivery times in every city. It
will depend on what other deliveries they have in the
area in which the package is being sent. We have no
control over delivery time and cannot request a
specific time.
What
happens if the recipient is not the shipping
address we choose?
FedEx will leave the package in a safe place at the
address. Most of our shipments are left at the door.
After you receive our email with the "Tracking
number", the package should be received in 2 business
days, (or the next day if that is the option you
choose). Keep an eye out for it, or contact the person
to whom you shipped the gift to be sure it has been
received.
If you do not feel safe with this, we recommend that
you ship to a business address, as generally there is
somebody there all day to receive the package.

Do you
ship Internationally or to Canada?
We apologize, but at this time, we are only able to
ship in the 50 United States.
If I
order two items for the same address, can they be
sent in one package at a less cost?
Each product has to go into its own specifically
designed package. Our shipping charges are based on a
size and weight.
Can I include
a note with the package?
A gift message is included with at no extra charge.

Guarantee
We guarantee that your Cheesecake order is in
perfect condition when it leaves our store. If it is
received within the 2 day delivery time, your product
will arrive in excellent condition.
Your order will not be frozen when you receive it. It
may be soft (The ice pack will be thawed by that time
as well). Simply remove it from the shipping carton
and place in refrigeration so it can firm up.
Exceptions to our guarantee would be if you provide us
with an incorrect shipping address, and due to this
the product arrives late, or is undeliverable as
addressed. Therefore, Double check your shipping
information when you place your order.
