Such information may be used by Cakes by Kim for the following purposes: contacting a subscriber regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement, special discounts, promotions, products offered and other matters relevant to the underlying service and/or the information collected.

Visitors and customers should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address) on the feedback areas of Cakes by Kim site, that information, along with any information disclosed in the visitor's communication, can be collected, and correlated but will not be used by or distributed to third parties.
